Welcome to Ascend: Coaching for College Graduates

Ascend: Coaching for College Graduates is a comprehensive coaching and mentoring program designed specifically for new graduates.

Through this program, you will receive three one-on-one coaching sessions with a seasoned business coach, receive training on key business skills such as leadership and communication, gain access to networking and intrapersonal skills, Working Genius™ assessment, as well as resumé and interview skills, and more to help them secure their first job in your chosen field.

Step 2: Schedule your first coaching call with Mischelle.

Step 3: Mischelle will call you for your first coaching session - be prepared with any specific questions or concerns you might have.

Your first coaching call will be with Mischelle. You’ll receive a Zoom link for your scheduled time. Please make sure to have your cell phone silenced and reduce outside distractions. In the meantime, start writing down any questions or concerns you have for Mischelle.

Our coaching program will cover a range of topics, including resume review, interviewing skills, the Working Genius™ program, office relationships, leadership, coaching, and more. We are committed to providing you with personalized coaching to help you achieve your career goals.

To get started, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your career aspirations and goals. During this consultation, we will review your resume and discuss areas for improvement. We will also discuss strategies for networking and job search, including job application tips and how to prepare for interviews.

We will also introduce you to the Working Genius™ program, which is designed to help you identify your unique strengths and how to leverage them in the workplace. This program will help you understand your natural abilities and how to apply them in your career.

Our coaching program will also cover office relationships and leadership skills. We believe that these skills are essential for success in any workplace, and we will provide you with practical tools and strategies to help you build strong relationships with your colleagues and become an effective leader.
