What Will You Do With Your Next 100 Days?

There’s something about fall that makes me want to slow down. Maybe it’s because the calendar turns and daylight gets shorter, summer fades into memories, and there’s a sense that we’re entering a new season. Vacations are over, school is back in session, and stores are slowly unfolding holiday décor. While it’s not quite the end of the year, the window for 2026 is gradually closing.

It feels like a good time to ask ourselves:

  • How am I doing?

  • Where am I going?

  • And what do I want the next few months to look like?

That’s the thinking behind my newest book, The Next 100 Days of Intentional Growth.

It’s a follow-up to my first book 100 Days of Intentional Growth, but it isn’t about starting over or becoming a completely different person. Not at all!

Growth doesn’t often happen in the big milestone moments, sometimes it happens in every day decisions. Whether it’s choosing to finally do something you’ve been putting off, taking the leap to try something new that will bring you joy, or reconnecting with someone you’ve missed but haven’t made time for.

Why 100 days?

A hundred days feels long enough to make meaningful progress, but short enough that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. And less face it. Our society recognizes achievement when we accomplish something. We need that finish line to feel validated. A hundred days of consistent and intentional growth work can do that for you!

The journal is designed to give you a little space each day to reflect, think, and take action. Some days will ask you to look inward. Others will encourage you to try something new or take a small step forward. And some days may simply remind you to appreciate where you are.

Intentional growth isn’t always about doing more, sometimes its about living and thinking differently.

If you gave yourself the next 100 days to focus on you, what would you want to change? Not a five-year plan, not map out every detail of your life, just allow yourself 100 days to decide for yourself what matters to you.

And maybe September is the perfect time.

The Next 100 Days of Intentional Growth is now available in the shop on this website or on Amazon.
