Participants will learn how to move from problem-solver to people developer, delegate more effectively, and create accountability that works.

Emotional Intelligence: The Leadership Skill That Changes Everything. Leadership is less about authority and more about self-awareness, communication, and emotional regulation. Coaching Leadership Development - Multi-Session Series Engagements
Coaching At a Higher Level: Becoming a Coaching Leader, A Four-Part Leadership Development Series. Many leaders understand the basics of coaching, yet the practical application of effectively coaching employees in a way that builds trust, encourages growth, and drives performance can be far more challenging. Great coaching requires more than giving advice, it requires the ability to ask meaningful questions, uncover underlying concerns, and guide employees toward their own solutions. This interactive four-part series equips managers with a practical coaching framework designed to elevate them from task-focused managers to effective coaching leaders. Through real-world coaching case studies, participants learn how to structure productive coaching conversations, build stronger employee relationships, and create an environment where employees feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
Attendees actively participate in mock coaching conversations to practice asking impactful questions, identifying hidden barriers, creating trust, and helping employees develop actionable plans to achieve their goals. Personal Development
Personal Development For Women Entrepreneurs. Building a business requires more than strategy, it requires a mindset that supports the challenges of creating a company. Women entrepreneurs often struggle with self-doubt, fear of failure, and imposter syndrome - all real challenges that can get in the way of success. This session explores mind-set shifts, resilience, effective goal-setting, and the personal growth needed to help women entrepreneurs overcome these barriers.
What Got You Here, Won’t Get You There. You earned the promotion. You achieved the results. But now the expectations have changed. Success at one level does not automatically prepare us for the next. This session explores the critical shifts necessary to effectively step into greater responsibility and confidently navigate the challenges that come with career advancement or business growth.
The Dichotomy of Change - Redefining Success in Midlife and Beyond. Midlife is not an ending, but it can mean change. While change can be difficult, it is also an invitation to redefine success, purpose, and possibility. This session explores the “what’s next?” and helps women step into their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and intention. We move beyond titles and expectations and lean into internal validation and defining success on your own terms.
Powerful Reinvention: Time to Pivot. There comes a moment when what once worked no longer feels aligned. Something is off. It can happen at any age and with any type of career. Recognizing that pivoting and knowing how to begin can be overwhelming and unsettling. This session focuses on moving navigating how to work through the challenges, and face new opportunities with enthusiasm instead of fear.
High Achievement Without Burnout. Many women are high performers who carry immense responsibility - work, family, and more. This session explores sustainable success, boundaries, mindset, and redefining achievement without exhaustion. We further explore when to recognize burnout is coming (or already there) and how to redefine achievement so it fits in your world.
What Are You Waiting For - Permission? One of the number one reasons people are unsuccessful in achieving the things they want in life is because they shy away from the actions necessary to see results. Taking action and moving beyond fear and judgment takes confidence and courage. This session dives into the why’s of how this occurs and how to walk into the changes you want with confidence and the tools to do it successfully.
Networking and Strategic Collaboration
Your Network is Your Growth Strategy. Your business network is not about collecting contacts or business cards - it’s about building trusted relationships that create mutual value. This session focuses on strategies like moving from transactional relationships to authentic networking, building trust and credibility, and following up and staying intentionally connected.
Collaboration Over Competition: Why Women Rise Higher Together. Breaking the scarcity mindset and embracing collaboration as a strategy for growth is how we shift from competition to community. This is more relevant today than ever before. This session focuses on building a sustainable ecosystem of strategic partners centered on women in business that goes beyond the normal “mingling” framework to collaborative support.
The Courage to Connect. Many people do not try to connect with people they don’t know because quite simply - they are afraid to. Unfortunately, success is not built in isolation! The right relationships do not only support growth, they accelerate it. This interactive session helps participants build confidence in making meaningful connections, even outside their comfort zone. Through attendee participation and real-world application, participants learn how to craft a compelling elevator pitch, use simple and effective conversation starters, and shift their mindset from “What do I say?” to “How can I create value?” Attendees will leave with practical tools to build authentic relationships, expand their network, and confidently connect with others in ways that create meaningful opportunities.
Sales Coaching and Business Strategies
The Brand Called YOU. Your personal brand is already speaking to you. The question is whether it’s telling the story you want. This session focuses on intentionally building visibility, credibility, and influence. We work through defining (or redefining) your value proposition, personal branding, professional image and creditability, and becoming memorable for all the right reasons. We go beyond great service to creating “a best in class customer experience.”
Motivating Sales Teams: Leading Beyond the Numbers. Sales leadership is unique. Some think its about quotas, or the number of sales calls you make. Effective sales leadership is about building confidence - people only sell what they feel confident in talking about, resilience - how fast does my team bounce back when faced with adversity, and culture - what inspires the team? This session quiets the typical noise of “how much” in sales-centric environments and focuses on - what truly motivates my team, how I coach instead of manage, how do I help an environment of resilience when faced with rejections, and true accountability without burnout.
Using Disruptive Strategies as a Differentiator. Utilizing disruptive strategies can be a game-changer. Remember taxis? Think Uber. Or…how about Coca Cola? Think Red Bull. These companies revolutionized their business strategies by disrupting the norm in highly commoditized industries. This session focuses on how disruption can shift thinking to approach selling products and services differently. We recommend this engagement be booked as a two-part session: Session 1 - teaching disruptive strategy thinking and the practical application of using the strategy, and Session 2 - vetting new ideas and creating a framework for implementation.
Frustration to Performance. Leading Underperformers Effectively. Every leader faces the challenge of underperformance. Most leaders struggle with how to coach underperformers, have the difficult conversations, and provide tangible performance improvement plans - why? Because few have been taught how to do it effectively. The result is avoiding the issues. This session explores how to identify root causes, have productive conversations, create accountability that drives results, and address issues that do not damage morale.
